The Beaver Hills Community was developed in the early 1970's. Beaver Hills is a diverse neighborhood that offers a peaceful area for older couples to retire, younger couples to begin their families, and everyone in between.
BHCA has annual dues of only $25.00. The money is used for decoration of entrances, biannual community cleanup projects, volunteer projects, neighborhood get togethers, and more.
